Job Description

The Partner Success Analyst is responsible for producing content assets and programs focused on engagement and adoption of ConnectWise products. This role involves program development, process improvement, cross-team collaboration, content marketing, and analytics to drive product adoption and improve customer enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enhancements to self-service experiences
  • Define goals and priorities aligning with partner use cases
  • Design and optimize digital programs and adoption campaigns
  • Develop targeted messaging strategies
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Support retention strategies
  • Monitor and report on customer health scores
  • Contribute to user-facing content creation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Assist in planning and tracking customer success programs
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements
  • Maintain CRM systems and customer success tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer success programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in Customer Success, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in customer success metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Deep understanding of business processes and the IT Service Provider market is desirable
  • Analytical mindset
  • Technical acumen paired with business management expertise
