Job Description

The Partner Success Specialist is responsible for helping partners accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise. This role builds and maintains strong relationships to increase value, retention, and expansion of the organization’s footprint, working in partnership with Services & Support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to cross-functional teams
  • Research, analyze, and document findings
  • Ensure partners maximize value from ConnectWise platforms
  • Build and nurture relationships across accounts
  • Monitor partner usage data and identify growth opportunities
  • Evangelize ConnectWise capabilities
  • Develop understanding of partner business challenges
  • Identify and resolve risks to partners
  • Navigate customer organizational structures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
  • Technical acumen and business management skills
  • Working knowledge of ConnectWise products
  • Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)
  • Knowledge of the IT Service Provider market
