Job Description

The Software Consulting Specialist is responsible for evaluating the needs of new and existing clients as they learn ConnectWise software, working with cross-functional teams to ensure clients have the necessary support for integration with ConnectWise products.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to cross-functional teams
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • Coordinates project implementation
  • Assists and trains clients on ConnectWise solutions
  • Manages workflow and timeline
  • Trains on products, services, and procedures
  • Monitors project implementation
  • Conducts kick-off meetings
  • Communicates project status
  • Maintains KPIs
  • Coaches/mentors colleagues
  • Engages in product cross-training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Practical knowledge of work area
  • Adaptability to new technology
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize projects
  • Ability to convey complex information
  • Discretion and good judgement
