Job Description

The Sales Engineer assesses the application of products/services and offers solutions to meet customer needs, working with the Sales team to drive support, generate pipeline, and ensure successful product adoption from sales cycles to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Sales team
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify client requirements
  • Research and analyze findings
  • Present cost benefit reports
  • Provide technical training
  • Represent technical aspects of products
  • Execute proof of concepts
  • Prepare technical RFPs/RFQs
  • Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams
  • Pursue professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
  • Proven sales track record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with EDR, SIEM, and Microsoft Security solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (CMMC, NIST) - Preferred
