Job Description

The Sr. Director of Pipeline Health & Governance will focus on the health, accuracy, and effectiveness of the revenue pipeline, optimizing conversion, and driving alignment across go-to-market teams. This role serves as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Data Analytics to ensure pipeline metrics and processes support forecasting and growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end pipeline health and governance
  • Diagnose and address pipeline weaknesses
  • Lead operational reviews of pipeline metrics
  • Implement a unified pipeline strategy
  • Collaborate with GTM Analytics and Finance
  • Manage a pipeline governance framework
  • Drive data quality and adherence
  • Partner with sales to remediate underperformance
  • Collaborate with Sales, GTM Systems, and RevOps
  • Connect Marketing performance with Sales outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM leadership
  • Deep understanding of sales process design and pipeline management
  • Proven ability to interpret data and present findings to executives
  • Strong analytical acumen
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Executive presence and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
