Job Description

Form Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Medical Director (RMD) to lead clinician teams, drive clinical excellence, and contribute to the company's growth. The RMD will oversee 3-5 Clinical Leads and their teams, focusing on high-quality care delivery and clinician well-being. This is a fully remote position leading a team in the western U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor clinicians
• Provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Improve care delivery and practice efficiency
• Develop and monitor clinical protocols
• Promote a positive team culture
• Improve patient engagement
• Align clinical strategies with business goals
• Stay abreast of industry trends

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• ABIM endocrinology or ABOM certification
• Valid medical license
• 2+ years clinical management experience (10+ clinicians)
• 5+ years clinical experience (3+ in obesity medicine)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Telemedicine practice management experience
