Form Health is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team building AI-enabled care delivery workflows and backend systems for their expanding cardiometabolic health platform. The role involves guiding a team of full-stack engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the safe and incremental delivery of high-impact improvements to the care journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of full-stack engineers
• Guide development of AI-powered workflows
• Ensure AI safety and responsible deployment
• Partner with clinicians and product leaders
• Build backend services and tools
• Uphold engineering best practices
• Collaborate with engineering leaders
• Work with product, design, and clinical teams
• Coach and mentor engineers

Requirements
