Job Description

Form Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction within a portfolio of high-value client accounts. This senior-level position will focus on building strong relationships with clients, developing strategic plans, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Act as internal quarterback for account coordination
  • Monitor account performance and conduct business reviews
  • Stay informed on market dynamics and provide insights
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue
  • Travel to client sites and industry events

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales or account management within healthcare
  • Experience serving self-insured employers
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Suite and Salesforce
