Job Description

Lendbuzz is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Manager, IT Systems to lead their IT department. This role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of IT initiatives to support business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess current knowledge of modern enterprise technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow IT team
• Build IT roadmap aligned to business goals
• Own IT budget and vendor management
• Run ITIL-aligned ITSM
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle
• Manage identity & access management
• Manage macOS/Windows endpoints via MDM
• Govern SaaS portfolio
• Own corporate networking
• Partner with Security on compliance and audits
• Maintain IT controls
• Lead IT’s role in BCP/DR and incident response

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT management, 3+ in leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Ownership of identity & endpoint management, SaaS administration, and corporate networking
• 4+ years managing 100+ macOS endpoints using JAMF
• 4+ years managing IT help desk teams via JIRA
• Experience implementing ZTNA, SSO, SAML
• 4+ years implementing and managing SaaS services
• Experience managing networking infrastructure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
