Job Description

Lendbuzz is seeking a Software Engineer to focus on Large Language Model (LLM) applications. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing conversational agent technologies, collaborating with ML researchers and product teams, and owning key components of the conversational AI stack.

Responsibilities

• Software engineering for LLM-powered conversational agents
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based models
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG, tool-use pipelines
• Integrate emerging technologies in real-time voice and multi-modal interaction
• Analyze model outputs and system performance
• Build and maintain high-quality datasets
• Ensure data quality and reliability
• Collaborate on deployment, monitoring, and scalability
• Contribute to documentation and evaluation frameworks

Requirements

• Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python with ML and data tooling
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred
• Experience with NLP techniques and LLMs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms preferred
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, RAG pipelines, or vector databases is a bonus
