Lendbuzz is seeking a Floorplan Sales Associate to grow their floorplan business and establish new dealership relationships. The role involves using strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude to educate, prospect, and support dealership partners, driving brand awareness and network growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealers
• Act as a trusted advisor to dealers
• Analyze dealer performance and recommend solutions
• Drive utilization of credit lines and identify opportunities
• Overcome objections and provide consultative support
• Conduct dealer visits and check-ins
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams
• Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in floorplan finance
• Proven ability to meet sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt sales strategies
• Self-starter with a passion for sales
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
