Lendbuzz is seeking a Floorplan Sales Associate to grow their floorplan business in Georgia, establishing new dealership relationships and providing support to existing partners. The role involves managing dealer portfolios, identifying financing needs, and driving revenue through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealers
• Act as a trusted advisor to dealers
• Analyze dealer performance and recommend solutions
• Drive utilization of credit lines and identify upsell opportunities
• Overcome objections and provide consultative support
• Conduct dealer visits and virtual check-ins
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams
• Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in floorplan finance
• Proven ability to meet sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt sales strategies
• Self-starter with a passion for sales
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
