Job Description

As an Insurance Claims Associate, you will maximize financial recoveries for Lendbuzz by assisting clients with auto insurance claims, ensuring accurate and prompt payments from insurance companies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in initiating auto insurance claims
• Follow up with insurance companies on claim status
• Gather and review insurance claim documentation
• Verify accuracy and completeness of claims
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and insurance providers
• Process claims efficiently and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer support
• Maintain detailed claim records
• Assist in resolving claims issues
• Identify opportunities to enhance the claims process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Previous experience in auto insurance claims preferred
• Proficiency in English required, Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Customer service focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards
