Lendbuzz is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payments to lead the evolution of their loan servicing operations. This role involves modernizing legacy systems, streamlining payment workflows, and enabling self-service capabilities. The position requires collaboration with various teams to impact financial operations, regulatory compliance, and business scalability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand problems and develop insights
• Partner with engineering for product creation and development
• Foster relationships with subject matter experts
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
• Analyze data to inform product roadmap decisions
• Break down features into detailed stories
• Communicate project status to a wide audience
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within financial services
• Experience in lending and loan servicing operations
• Knowledge of banking integration and payment processing
• Experience with financial compliance frameworks
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with product integrations and APIs
• Passion for product development and data science
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
• Proven ability to author product requirements
• Ability to manage multiple work streams
