Job Description

The Delivery Director is responsible for driving delivery excellence, revenue growth, and operational transformation within the Services organization. This role focuses on strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement through AI-enabled automation and process standardization.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client satisfaction and revenue retention
  • Partner with Sales, PreSales, and Practice teams to expand client engagements
  • Establish and enforce standardized delivery methodologies and SLAs
  • Measure project performance and client satisfaction
  • Support P&L for assigned portfolio
  • Implement performance metrics and pricing governance
  • Lead a team of Delivery Managers
  • Build a performance-driven culture
  • Develop talent pipelines
  • Partner with AI and Operations teams to introduce automation
  • Implement AI-driven tools for quality monitoring and resource optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years in IT/Professional Services delivery
  • 5+ years in a multi-account or director-level leadership role
  • 5+ years managing global delivery teams
  • Proven success managing portfolios exceeding $50M annually
  • Strong understanding of project-based and managed services delivery models
  • Expertise in governance, quality frameworks, and P&L management
  • Experience leading delivery transformation through technology
  • Deep understanding of the Professional Services business model
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented
  • Collaborative and empathetic leader
