Job Description

As an Account Executive at Zus Health, you will manage the post-implementation customer journey for healthcare provider organizations, focusing on retention, revenue expansion, and executive-level relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through product adoption and value realization, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Customer ownership for health, retention, and growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage customer lifecycle and ensure seamless transitions
  • Drive product adoption and scale
  • Create and maintain account plans with KPIs
  • Partner with technical teams for integrations
  • Manage issues and mitigate risks
  • Own renewals and expansion strategies
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience managing enterprise healthcare customer relationships
  • Deep domain expertise in healthcare and data interoperability
  • Success partnering with technical teams for software solutions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Adaptable mindset for a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for improving healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree required
