The role involves managing contractor staff, overseeing administrative support, ensuring time entry, coordinating new staff onboarding, mentoring team members, addressing performance issues, managing client expectations, initiating process improvements, providing technical expertise, participating in meetings, managing schedules, assisting with Change Requests, monitoring system maintenance, reviewing logs, assessing technical assessments, overseeing eDiscovery platform and system administration, complying with contract terms, ensuring operational coverage, formulating work standards, presenting findings, providing cost estimates, monitoring performance, developing training programs, reviewing discrepancies, preparing reports, ensuring quality assurance, providing timekeeping and invoicing, maintaining a qualified workforce, and assisting in project management.
